ive got the power core off of jugg and the off from thok both are 574 :c

I'd go as far and say that Garrosh normal offhand would be better than HC Juggernaut's and Thok's for the pure mastery and haste gain which you want as affliction/destruction.

However, if you do not have Garrosh normal(+) offhand, then I'd go with Juggernaut's Power Core since you get most mastery out of that.

Gaze of Arrogance HC definitely, assuming all are same ilvl. When you get garrosh normal(or better) offhand, then switch to Spoils wand HC and garrosh offhand.
