    PC Build for £400 max

    Hey guys I was wondering if anybody would be willing to help me build a PC for around £400, less the better obviously. I've a few ideas myself but wanted other opinions first. I don't need anything ultra fancy just something that'll run games on decent settings. Elder Scrolls Online for example.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated
