At the start of the fight? What's my opener will be like? When's a good time for me to use berserk and TF? My opener is pre healing touch > pre pot stealth ravage beserk/tf shred to 5cp healing touch rake thrash shred to 5 cp and SR.

Don't you get out of stealth with the TF, so you can't ravage?
Making it be: HT; roar; Pot; TF; stealth; roar: ravage; rip; rake ?

To OP:
This is only with 4set bonus you can do that, giving you an almost instant, buffed rip, due to the 3 combo points from the TF.

nope; you can TF in stealth i just tested it 3 times on a dummy and didn't break stealth.
