Looking to Upgrade - Need Suggestions!

I've been looking to upgrade my motherboard and add some more RAM. My budget would be somewhere in the $200-250 range for the motherboard and $150-200 for the RAM. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

For the RAM - I've been thinking about the RipJaws...good investment?

What do you mean 'upgrade' mobo, what's wrong with your current one? If there is nothing wrong, there is not much you can upgrade it for, you don't seem to have an aftermarket cooler, that would be best investment for performance (ofcourse you have to OC the CPU afterwards).

your build is perfectly fine ... you don't need to swap your mobo ... also you won't notice a difference i you'd change your ram ... sorry to disappoint, but you absolutely don't need to upgrade ^^ except for the aftermarket cooler ... as has been mentioned before. that is the single thing that would improve your pcs performance noticably.
