Focus Target Macro

Anyone know of a macro that will achieve the following:

If my focus is a friendly target then attack their target.
If my focus is an unfriendly target then attack them.
If no focus then attack my current target.

It's for Starsurge proc's to make sure they are nuking the correct target while I spam MF / SF.
