Its not QQing over an idea, it's kind of just making your argument one sided and biased.

I just think AiS's cast time should be toned down to 2 seconds, with proportionally less damage, and the Master Marksman effect could proc out of Chimera, Steady and Aimed Shot with less than 50% chance.
However, a glyph that would give AiS a CD is unlikely to happen, since the dev' team really wants to give MM a "long cast time" identity, and not a Woltk vibe, where every ability is instant and have a CD.
