    Inscription flaw?

    At 425 inscrip you are supposed to make blackfallow ink in order to skill up. However u are not allowed to mill the herbs that allow u to make the pigment for the ink that u need to make. Why would blizz do this? that forces u to spend gold on overpriced pigments from the AH...
