has anyone else noticed they put howl of terror back on the talent tree. So they first made this spell baseline, then put it back in the talent tree? that's going to hurt our survivability in pvp lol

I suggest you read all about the upcoming expansion. Everything's going to be balanced anew, even with this change you mention. You'll be fine.
PD: Less CC overall, less burst, less healing.BLOOD DPS. Never forget. Still campaigning to get you back, babe.Really sucks if they start to limit their vision for an expansion just to get the next one out faster.
