I've got a heroic helm and shoulders would it be worth using reg tier for those to items for the 4 piece bonus or should i just leave them as is. It won't let me link them. But you can find it on my armory Meenah-Frostwolf. This question is for Resto on Heroic Siegewiper progression.
You should be okay dropping 4pc. IIRC 4pc isn't that strong, but I think the tier helm / gloves are BIS with crit items in the place of the others. I'm sure the real consideration is what pieces you can get hwf first and then filling in the blanks with tier for 2pc.
Just a rough idea. I do not claim to be an expert of resto.
4 piece is meh, and I believe 3 or 4 of them have mastery on them, which most resto shamans are staying away from. I don't raid as resto, but there are 2 in my raid. One only has 2 piece tier and the other rolls with the 4 set, so in the end I don't think it really matters, the question to ask is: do you need another healing CD?
