WoW same UI - different pcs + WoW same client - different UIs

Hello, im trying to figure out the best solutions for 2 related issues.

1.Im using WoW on 3 different pcs, with different resolutions, and i would want to know if using the following commands on each of the pcs, will be enough to keep my UI settings/ positioning different on each of them, without interfering with the others ?
/console synchronizeBindings 0
/console synchronizeConfig 0
/console synchronizeMacros 0
/console synchronizeSettings 0

2.We are 2 ppl, using the same pcs for WoW, on different accounts. Is there any way, we can run WoW on the same pc with different game settings, UI settings( we use a lot of the same addons ), without affecting each others configuration ?

Is having 2 WoW installations on the same pc a good option ? Or is there a more elegant solution ? ( I was reading some time ago, about creating a batch file for each config, and run them through different exes of WoW automatically on each launch - If this is still possible and anyone can guide me through it, would be perfect)
