    I dont do breakfast and usually only have a salad or soup for lunch, and sometimes skip it. Depends on what activity I am doing that day really. I tend to eat a larger dinner after hitting the gym after work so get most of my calories then.

    Body builders do require like 7 meals a day with very specific consumption, I have heard some of the horror story of things that they have to eat, make me glad that I am not a body builder.

    Some people don't even need to do that.

    My sister's ex had to eat 6 meals a day to avoid getting underweight.
