    Will this build work?

I've gone through myself and it looks like I have all the parts I need to have it shipped and up and running the same day. Just wondering if someone else could also look it over and double check it for me. Primarily for WoW and steam games.

I wouldn't recommend just about anything on that list, except the SSD and the GPU. A lot of it is either unnecessarily expensive, or there are better parts for the same price. The idea is good, but some decent money can be shaved off.. or better performance gained.

I'll work up something in a few minutes.

    PCPartPicker part list
    CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($229.99 @ NCIX US)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.94 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Asus Z87-A ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($134.99 @ NCIX US)
    Memory: A-Data XPG V1.0 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($64.99 @ NCIX US)
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($139.99 @ Micro Center)
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 760 2GB TWIN FROZR Video Card ($249.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Rosewill THOR V2 ATX Full Tower Case ($129.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($59.99 @ NCIX US)
    Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer ($16.99 @ Newegg)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($89.98 @ OutletPC)
    Total: $1146.84

From here, you can go a few directions, if you want to.

-Get a 1TB WD Blue EZEX Hard drive for storage.. if you need one. Many people don't.
-Get better cooling for CPU. Again, not necessary, but if you live in a place where ambient temps are high, or you have poor ventilation or poor AC... might be a thing.
-Another $80 will bump you to a 770. Again, not really helpful with MMOs, but helps with other GPU dependant games.

Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the case, simply because of the price. There's nothing wrong with it, and if you like it and can afford it, go for it.
