He is still at blizzard. While I don't have a link I thought I remember something about him moving to the SC2 team?

He's still at Blizzard, just as a designer and not a team leader/PR guy like before.
He's working on an unannounced project. Whether that is Titan or one of their unannounced other projects, I have no idea.

Since Dustin Browder has gone to Heroes of the Storm, and considering his past with Dawn of War and Company of Heroes, I would not be at all surprised if it turned out he's having a lead role on Legacy of the Void. Which technically has not been officially announced yet, so my theory is not being voided by previous information given out.
