oh wasnt aware of 10 beeing different than 25 since i just solo 25 for shards and mount and there it was qite annoying with the timing to activate him at his balcony

The timing of the giant ball of death is slightly different in 10 man. You have more time to make the initial soft reset (i.e. less speed boosts required) and to pull him you do not need a 0.1 second timing because the ball of death does not come as quickly.. It is just significantly more forgiving to solo in 10 man.

As a note: awhile back Watcher said they will remove Thorim's lightning ball of death in WoD.

More on topic: at around 550 ilvl all the bosses die in under 10 seconds if you pop your CDs on 10m basically. Will be very easy to duo regardless of skill or ilvl. Only tricky part could possibly be flame leviathan if you don't know what you are doing. Just use demolishers and stack pyrite on leviathan to 10 and you win.
