War T6, 8, 10. Pally Judgement, T10.
Tier 4, 5 and 6. Afterwards there was another tier which I like in general, but I can't remember which. It was a tier in Wotlk though. :P
Paladin: Gold CM Season 1
Mage: Heroic Firelord
Priest: Tier 6
Warlock: Gold CM season 1
All classes tier 3, it just looks like Blizzard took a lot of time in designing it in, as opposed to the rubbish tier-looks today. None the less I haven't got a nr1 favorite.
Tier 5 as a whole (except druid), love all of those sets!
Warrior: T13, T6, or T10. I cannot pick!
Death Knight: T8 or T16.
Rogue: T7 or T14.
Hunter: T8 or T13.
Paladin: T2, T8, Alliance T9, and T13. ( Paladins really are blessed with good tiers. )
I would kill for players to have a full copy of the blue warrior T10. Nrg.
Warrior - T6, T8, T10, Wrathful Gladiator.
Shaman - T7
I've always played Warrior so don't really care about the other class sets.
I7 2600k @4.5ghz : 16GB DDR3 : GTX670 : Firestudio : Naga : G27
Warrior: T13 (Dragonblade - LFR)
Priest: T3 (Faith)
Mage: T5 (Tirisfal)
Warlock: T14 (Sha-Skin)
Death Knight: T15 (All-consuming Maw)
Druid: T3 (Dreamwalker)
Monk: T16 (Seven Seals)
Rogue: T15 (Nine-Tails)
Hunter: T3 (Cryptstalker)
Shaman: T2 (Ten Storms)
Paladin: T16 (Winged Triumph)
So basically, for me, Vanilla and MoP had by far the best Tier sets.
Shaman, Tier 6. The Spikey Coatrack. Currently wear it in the gold recolor with mixed and matched pieces (I never use just a solid tier set, too predictable. Also, it's fun to dress up dolls.), since it matches the legendary melee cloak perfectly!
My Druid wears t5 shoulders, t8 helmet, and actually just armory him if you want, Faulty@ScarletCrusade. Best compliment I've ever got on my transmog: "Damn dude, you could be an NPC."

Mage T3 handsdown
Druid tier3, nothing will ever come close to it...nothing.
One reason for WoW decline I often hear is that its an old game and naturally people get bored with it. But TV is much older and people still watch that. Surely if a thing you once enjoyed keept staying fun, you would still use it?
Surprised only 1 has chosen Paladin T16. I think it's 1 of the most amazing paladin sets in a long time and makes me wanna go paladin. It's sort of a throwback to Tier 2 paladin, which arguably has been 1 of the most succesful tier sets.
Paladin: T1, T2, T3, T5, T6, T8, T9 (Alliance), T12, T16
Warrior: T1, T3, T4, T5, T6, T7, T8, T9, T10, T13
Priest: T5, T6, T8, T9 (Horde only), T10
Warlock: T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, T7, T9 (Horde only)
Mage: T3, T4, T5, T7, T8, T9 (Horde only)
Hunter: T1, T4, T5, T6, T8
Shaman: T1, T2, T3, T5, T6, T7, T8, T9 (Horde only)
Rogue: T1, T2, T3, T5, T6, T7, T8, T9 (Alliance only), T12, T15
Deathknight: T8, T10, T11, T14
Druid: Nothing favorite
Monk: Nothing favorite
Silence doesn't mean acceptance.
Sometimes you have just no desire to discuss with idiots
GW2: Tyrs Hammer (Warrior) on [DE]Kodasch
Across the board? T4 probably had the best overall set. T5 was probably second to that. There are some good individuals though like t15 for druids, if that is the tree and spider one.
