Question about tailoring

So im new to tailoring but I do have it maxed and I was wondering what to do to make some profit. The only thing I could think of is making some of the pvp pieces even though they are outdated because I dont really have any good pve pieces or the required mats yet. Thanks for any replies Also side question here do any healers heal in bg's / competitive arena play using grid (or any other addon for clicking boxes to heal) thats the way I do it is this ok or are there more efficient ways.

Just sell the crafted epics and the enchanted spellweave
