That's quite expensive. I'd expect to have at least R9 290 in that budget.

Change the PSU. Coolermaster is not known for quality PSUs. Corsair CX 600 is about the same price and will power all single GPU setups.

You could switch the watercooler for big air and save $50. Average 4770K chip won't OC past 4,5Ghz mark without de-lidding anyway.

GTX 770 is a bit weakish, but more than enough for MMOs. Crysis 3 on ultra might cause problems.

The CX line is crap. I would just get a seasonic/XFX/Bequiet PSU of 550 watt.

Wait for Maxwell at this point. Either for the better card or the cheaper 700 series.

I have a 770 and it runs everything I throw at it on ultra, at 60fps 1080p. Above that resolution, it may struggle, I'll admit. It's a really nice card for the money it was at, but at this point... I think it's days are slightly numbered for the most bang for the buck.

Admittedly not the best out there, but Seasonics are more expensive and the cheaper XFX and Bequiet units I wouldn't rank to be any better than CX. Especially Bequiet has had some flimsy units.

Maxwell isnt coming out untill next year I think. Or atleast the smaller die ones, which will be more interesting.

Quality will cost you. AFAIK XFX uses seasonic as oem.
The CX line uses crappy capacitors, so the PSU could crap out after 1-3 years, while the others will still be going.

My personal favourite would be seasonic/XFX. And with the budget the OP has, there is absolutely no reason to get a crappy CX PSU.

As for the OP, dont get the i7. You dont need it, you will be fine with an i5.

You can than get this PSU and you can get a bigger SSD.

Evga psu's usually are around the same budget if not cheaper than xfx too, worth checking them out.

As Samthing said i am not really sure for the h100i myself anymore. I bought one a month ago along with my new build and doesnt really seem to be worth it, especially since its fan are loud and you would need like another 40-50bucks to get some noctua/bq quiet! ones to swap them. If you really want water i think an h60-75 will come up cheaper in the end even if you need to replace its fan.

The problem with Haswells is the poor quality paste under the IHS, past certain point it won't matter how much cooling you stick to the IHS because the paste can't transfer the heat out of the chip.

Thank you very much for your advices but what Zeara said is impossible, Seasonic M12II-520 Evo isn't compatible with GPU I think because i can't make them built together in their "configomatic" :/

What about an EVGA 600B or a Be Quiet ! Pure Power L8 CF, 600 W (which is a bit more expansive) ?

They are both good, i'd get the be Quiet! one. Personal pref, i've had 2 on my systems, and couldn't even hear the fan.

The reason for that is probably that they think a 520 watt PSU is not enough to power that system. But 520 is more than enough for a i5/i7 + 770.

I would get the z97 motherboard of the ROG line and I would get an I5-4670k unless you are going to be doing video rendering alot
