I personally use http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/tellmewhen for exactly those kind of things.
Easy to setup and use.

Make sure you select the Spell Cooldown section, in the Choose spell(s) to check, write Revealing strike. Make sure range check and power check are both checked. Below that in the show states & opacity make sure it is set to UNUSABLE, the red one, because it will show you it's CD instead of just showing you an icon if it's ready. on the right hand side menu make sure in the timer sweep section that you ahve Show timer checked (if you are using elvui or tukui make sure "show elvui timer text" is checked as well) if not just show the timer text
