[A] <Grim Harvest> The Maelstrom 14/14HC 10m & 25m
Welcome!
We're Grim Harvest, a new name with a veteran core of raiders scattered together from four winds, whose roots reach back to the dawn of WoW.
After downing SoO HC on 10m, we have now transitioned to a 25m guild in preparation for WoD. We are currently the only guild on The Maelstrom who has achieved the transition from 10m to 25m and cleared 14/14HC in both modes.
We aim to create a stimulating environment with progression oriented atmosphere where basic raiding requirements will be enforced and knowing or not knowing other people in the raid does not factor in.
We are looking for a few players more to flesh out the team and be a well oiled raiding machine prepared for the WoD race. We are currently looking for most classes/specs right now but with focus on the following:
Ranged DPS
Hunter
Shadow Priest
Balance Druid
Melee
Rogue
Monk
Healer
Any Class Considered
All exceptional applications will of course always be considered.
In candidates, we're looking for following Qualities
Raiding Basics
Character optimization, encounter preparation and knowledge, punctuality, high attendance, adherence to guild policies.
Dedication and Perseverance
Endurance to finish the tier whole.
Commitment to excellence and quick optimization of play
Sharp learning curve, low variability of play, low mistakes repeatability
Teamwork
No matter how excellent a player, if toxic for the rest of the raid, we don't want you.
Experience at a halfway decent quality level of raiding
Because definitions vary, think ~300 or better world rank. If you don't have such experience, be prepared to come to us open-minded.
