    Seriously, both Ele and Enhance perform well last I checked, the bias in me says that enhance is farther ahead in single target though perhaps.

    It really isn't. It might depend on the fight and other factors, but usually, one of the specs is - on avagere - better than the other. In this patch, Enhancement tends to do more damage.
