[H] Dire Straits - Twisting Nether 10man - 2d/w 8/14HC

Dire Straits is a 10 man Horde raiding guild on Twisting Nether-EU.

At the moment we are progressing through SoO (8/14 HC), mostly as a guild raid but sometimes we have to take 1 or 2 pugs in.

Our aim is to clear the current content well before WoD hits, so we are looking for the following dedicated classes to strengthen our core raiding group:

1 or 2 DPS:
Mage, Elemental Shaman, Shadow Priest, Warlock or Combat Rogue

1 Healer (with viable offspec dps/tank):
Resto Shaman, Mistweaver Monk or Resto Druid

1 Tank (with viable offspec dps/heal):
Death Knight or Paladin

Raiding times:

Friday: 19:00-23:30
Sunday: 19:00-23:30

We require the following from everyone:

- 100% attendance since we only raid two days a week (ofcourse exceptions like vacations/birthdays/etc.)
- item level 568+ and the legendary cloak, fully enchanted/gemmed gear and grinding the weekly valor cap for gear upgrades
- at least 14/14 on Siege of Orgrimmar normal mode
- voice communication (able to speak and listen on Ventrilo)
- good preparation (know the heroic boss tactics and mechanics, switching talent specs for specific encounters, bringing flasks/pots)
- full dedication (able to hang in there, even after countless wipes and except constructive criticism when doing something wrong)
- stable internet connection with low latency and a fast modern computer
