So.. will arms get a new talent now for ignite weapon?

Title pretty much says it all considering "Mortal Strike now replaces Heroic Strike for Arms Warriors."
It also seems like we would get a new perk as well since overpower will be removed as one of the perks provide 20% extra dmg for it.

So.. any thought on the new perk or talent?

It currently gives us Ignite weapon as a new attack, but it's still very weak. Blizz will most likely either heavily buff it or add something new for Arms seeing how it works against their design intent of Arms.

Could make it so MS does a % dmg done as fire damage also and AA over the 10 secs deal fire dmg also. Think war version of Scourge Strike
