====A Little Information====
Many of our raiders work in the restaurant industry, which is where our name comes from. Many and more of our raiders have been raiding since Vanilla WoW and have a wealth of experience, including top 25 world bleeding-edge progression, to apply towards current content. Many of our people raid with two guilds, Eighty Six in the morning and another guild at night. Most of all though, we have a lot of fun. We actually LIKE each other and that reflects in our play style. We are adult men and women here to have fun with our favorite hobby.
Tanaris is Alliance dominant. We hold the #2 spot in Heroic Progression for 25 man raids. Tanaris is not connected to any other realm. Yet.
====How to be Recruited====
Fill out an app on our website. We'll get you in for a trial run on our next farm day in a cross realm raid. You will be eligible for loot, but bring your own consumables.

If you're serious about raiding and want or need to play during the day, this is the guild for you. Our raiders are treated well, with all the perks that come with a heroic progression guild. We enjoy learning fights and applying our own strategies to them and work together as a team to down them.
If you're the ideal candidate you're raid aware, competitive, experienced with end-game content, patient, mature, able to follow directions, willing and able to learn, friendly and generous. Everyone who makes it past recruit status in this guild demonstrates those character traits.
==86 Member Perks==
86 provides all member repairs, enchants, gems, potions, flasks, and any other craftable material to all raiders (but not alts, unless the alts come into the raid).
==Attendance Policy==
Fighting the attendance boss is never fun. If you're a raider who shows up for raids and want to bid against loot who fails to attend as much as you (i.e. no call no show), you will win that piece of loot.
==Loot Policy==
We run a loot council, with rotating council members to keep it fair.
==The Must Haves==
*Access to Mumble/have a working mic
*95%+ Raid Attendance. We're recruiting for raid spots, not bench spots.
*The ability to stay focused. We don't need people who tunnel vision.
*Be on Tanaris (i know, cross realm raiding, but no)

*An obsession with improving your character

We are active in the gaming community, members of the guild participate in alpha and beta tests for all blizzard games, and you can find many of us at big gaming conventions around the world.
Many members of 86 are hardcore raiders at night 14/14H in their night guilds.
