Heroic 25er Garrosh 1. Intermission Jade

Hello we are currently at the Jade Temple phase. How do you play this and how you split DDs / Heals in this intermission.
We considered to have the strong DDs front and send stun classes in the back.

    What you share on this?

    Well 10 or 25?

10: 2 or 3 people per group for the first 3 groups then do 5 / 5 split on back 2. Aoe Stun into single interrupts on the first 3 groups. Back 2 1 aoe stun is enough.

25: 4/5 DPS per group send healers to the groups of 4. Aoe Stun > Aoe Stun(or aoe silence) > single interrupts > dead before 4th cast

We typically assign 5 groups in which each group is able to interrupt three sets of casts (even if one includes every single target interrupting). Put healers in groups with strong DPS'ers that already have stuns sorted.

Obviously warriors are godmode in here, so you can safely put the healers with any Warriors. Tanks are typically as strong as a DPS so don't work around them.

We split in 3. Far more simple to set up every week for farm, and works just as fine.
2-3 tanks (depending on strat) + ferals/boomkins in the middle to let their dots do their magic.
9 people on left, 9 on right. AOE interrupt twice on each side while going nuclear on adds.
Stamp roar inside, middle splits in two, and go nuclear^2 on the two packs inside with 12 people on each.
Pros: Low maintenance (there's no way you won't have 4x stuns on each side to cover the interrupts, and don't have to setup specific groups every week), easy, works well with high dps.
Cons: Heavy dot classes like ferals/boomkins gets meh when adds don't live long, so you lose potential DPS from doing this. That said, we've been successfully doing it like this since sub 570 ilvl, so with upgrades, I don't see the point of splitting in 5.

What energy does Garrosh get to when you do it like this? I actually made a thread about this particular Jade Temple strat but it was killed by pedantic bitching.

Depends entirely on how slacky people are (and how many actually saves their burst cds for the intermission rather than padding on adds). Put it like this, unless we have missed stampedes (when the entire raid moves from outside to inside we need the roar to add speed) we haven't gotten to 25+ energy in... Three months? It's literally only been if we haven't gotten our speedboosts.
    Usually around 22-23 energy, though.

    For our setup:
Group 1: 2-3 rogues (DK if 2 rogues), 1 Healer - inside left
    Group 2: 4 DPS, 1 Healer - inside right
    Group 3: 3 tanks, 2 DPS - middle
    Group 4: 4 DPS, 1 Healer - outside left
    Group 5: 4 DPS, 1 Healer - outside right

The last person in G1 (a Hunter), does beast cleave + multi on Group 4 and Group 5, and moves forward from there.
Apart from that, even up your interrupts and it's easy. Missing a couple of cast's isn't the end of the world either, and if you have a raid ilvl above 575, you can quite easily survive without a few people getting bubbles.

Should not send combat rogues to the same group. Combat rogues wreck this part of the fight.

We tend to have group 1 and group 2 help group 3 when they are done. This means group three tends to be one of our tanks and most of our healers.

Tanks that vengance whore (especially warriors) can obliterate a group in this intermission, so don't have them run around as their vengance falls off...put them in one of the front two groups.

THE MOST IMPORTANT PART. look at your groups aoe interupts and stuns. These adds DR, so warrior shout is the best interupt in the game for them. Use as many shouts as you can. Shaman capacitor totems and Monk Leg Sweeps last the longest (5 second stuns) so use those next. Hunter binding shot is also 5 seconds, but tends to take a few pulls to learn. After you use all of these prefered interupts then start looking at warlock aoe stun and others. Racials work here too, if placed properly.

THIS is probably the part of the fight we wiped (and continue to wipe on) most frequently. I have 14 kills of heroic garrosh 25, and I KNOW we are going to wipe in intermission one this week because someone fat fingered or someone lagged etc etc.

    Good luck!
