Question Help building new gaming computer 1k to 1.5 to spend

Hey guys. I am kinda new to building computers. I am confident that I can get it together but I am a little worried about buying the right parts to get the best PC I can for my money. Like i said I can do about 1k to 1500 to build it. Less would be great but a little more cash for more bang is the way to go. I am only looking to build the tower. :)

I want to go nvidia and intel for the core parts of my PC. I am thinking about getting the 780 nvidia. I would like to get around 3.3 GHz for processor. If you could leave me something down here I would thank you lots :)

If you could go to PC Part Picker and lay something out. :)

I'm assuming 1.5k USD. It would also help to know what you're going to be doing with this machine and if you're going to need to buy a new monitor, mouse, or keyboard.

Good for moderate overclocking and playing Wow on 1080p resolution. That's about what 1k will get you (minus monitor and other peripherals).
