Buying mount when acc is frozen

Is it possible to buy mounts when acc is frozen because I don't want to miss Bat mount deal. What happens when you buy? As far as I remember, they were sending it via in-game e-mail. So if I do not activate my account before mail expires, will I lose it or what?
