Help with my mistweaver

I play mistweaver as a alt but my healing throughput seems low in comparison to my friends, who are resto shammy and resto druid can someone take a look at my char and tell me if i need to change my reforges/gemming etc .

I would swap the red slots to Int/Crit, and replace that Inscribed Bag of Garbage as soon as possible
