    since this is a long time infrastructure, i would build for more than your current needs, that being said, i would run this if it was my house:

    2 CAT6e cables and 1 coax and 1 fiber to EVERY room in the house, even bathrooms and closets (you never know where you are going to put a smart TV or hide a NAS)

    in offices and/or studio type rooms i would run an extra set of cabling

    i would also run cat6e and fiber up to potential wireless access point mounting locations

    Damn, when i made mine back in 2006, i did throw 2xCat6 in every socket for each room, never thought about fiber tho
    Btw for anyone interested, in my longest socket/room, 17m, i had 2ms more lag in wow than next to router lol
