You don't need a Flux Capacitor to create a fusion reactor. You need a Flux Capacitor to travel through time. The Fusion reactor is required to RUN the Capacitor though, because let's face it 1.21gigawatts is a LOT of energy required.

Well, technically he has built it ... only it is not yet creating the clean, efficient fusion he wants it to. Not misleading. Only misinterpreted.
