Why has the drop rate on secrets/runestones not been buffed?

Simply put I have it on my main and it wasn't that bad getting it because it was fun watching the progress in getting it but gearing alts for my guild it is ridiculous that I have to wait months to get it. I haven't done the SoO section for secrets but finished all of ToT and got 1 , yes you heard that 1 secret. The drop rate should be massively buffed for people who already have the cloak on one toon. I just want to be able to provide more for my guild but it looks like that won't happen anytime soon.

I think blizzard is trying to keep the "legendary" part legendary..
I guess they do not want everyone, with all their alts having the cloak.

and yet last time i looked only 25% of the player base had it. its probably 30% by now.
anyway ToT and the first what 4 or 8 bosses of SoO. shouldnt be a problem anymore.

@DarkVoltinx I wonder how many people had Thunderfury when it was current or Illidans Warglaives. I think it doesn't feel legendary because everyone can get it if they want to grind it out.

They have. They all now drop in not only ToT but the first 4 bosses of SoO with another guaranteed drop.

Probably cause most of them don't feel like getting 6-10 legendary capes.

Interesting call me lucky then coz i get 8 runestones this week. Isualy i feel lucky if i get 1-2 over guaranteed ones for 14 kills
