You will have to find some cloning software. I haven't used any, I just keep good backups and did a clean install of Windows when I went to SSD.

You don't want to image an old Windows installation from a HDD to a SSD. Windows automatically configures itself differently for SSDs to avoid things like the idle defrag that normally occur, but would cause problems for a SSD. Your best bet is to just install a fresh copy of Windows on the SSD and then use Windows Easy Transfer to copy over things like your user profile.
