    I know it's their job, and I never blame them for it, even mentally, but it is a minor annoyance to me.

    If the wars would have been sold as Vietnam's rather than the Gulf War, we definitely wouldn't have gone to the second one. Afg might still might be a yes. But Iraq would have been a no.

    The thing about the media before hand was that they were probably more effective/responsible for garnishing the support of the Iraq war than the actual politicians. At the behest of the politicians but still.
