The weirdos are always there. It's just during the day, in public, people pretend to be normal.

I think you answered your own question...

But it really pisses me off when people think they need their high beams on when they're driving on well lit roads.
Come up to Wilimington, DE and play basketball in the courts under '95 at 1am. I guarantee you won't like it.

    Uh...yes. Absolutely.

Nah, there's weirdos everywhere, dude. All parts of the day. There's just less "normal" people roaming around at night, so the weirdos that are still out there tend to stick out.

Do I have to be the one to point out that MOST of the mass murders in the US's recent history at least have happened in BROAD fucking daylight? With the possible exception of Aurora, which happened during a late night movie premiere.

I was at the gas station yesterday morning where a man was espousing his belief that Sumerian is actually a language of aliens from the Alpha Centauri region to the bewildered cashier. He then paid for his pack of Newports all in pennies. So, I would say no the night does not have a monopoly on weirdos.

    LOL

I once worked at a bar near a "monastery" (that's what they called it). Really it was a mental home where they let their people go on walks, most ended up in the bar. The stories I could tell you man... and the pennies, yea. That seems to be an issue with mental people.
