Question about going BM from SV

hey so I'm an ilvl 585 SV hunter with full BiS aside from the weapon, its been a while since I really looked into stuff but I remember BM being better at higher gear levels or something like that. I've been trying to get gear for the BM stat weights and currently have a BM gear set that puts me to ilvl 581 (note I do not have a TED)

I was wondering if that drop of 4 ilvls would off set the dps difference from SV to BM? Should I go BM now? or wait until I get more valor for upgrades and a TED?

There is 0 reason to drop iLvls to go BM, just get the best BM gear you can get while still prioritizing Agility and go BM.

You could be BM with Surv gear as well, wouldn't suffer a big loss compared to the "best" BM gear.
