Thermal paste w/ the new i5?

"The Intel Core i5 4690K and Core i7 4970K both feature enhanced clock speeds and improved thermal interface materials."

Should I still plan on getting a better thermal compound or will the new stuff be sufficient?

    Thanks

They are talking about the stuff that is inside the processor itself, which was pretty bad.
If you must insist on using a non-sanctioned sitting apparatus, please consider the tensile strength
of the materials present in the object in question in comparison to your own mass volumetric density.

In other words, stop breaking shit with your fat ass.

Just use the default compound, you don't gain that much with different compound (although the grey stuff is the best). If you're getting a custom cooler they already put thermalpaste on that as well, so just run with that.
