About Us
Only Theory is an established Horde raiding guild on Stormreaver-US (CST/PvP), created during the WotLK (previously on Vek’nilash -> Emerald Dream). The foundation of the guild is a tight knit group of friends with the same raiding philosophy. We want efficient, fun raids that result in the killing of the hardest content available while keeping our raid schedule light. By raiding 2.5 hours a night, 3 nights a week, we need people who are quick to learn/adapt and can commit to the limited time we have per week to actually get it done.

We are looking for players with heroic raiding experience that will fit our guild dynamic. We encourage prospective members to join us on some trial raids and get a feel for our group. It’s not uncommon to be laughing and joking around during the moment’s right before a progression pull, only to focus up and minimize chatter during the fight. People we’re looking for and mesh well with will know when to flip the switch.

We are opening recruitment in preparation for 20-man mythic raiding in Warlords of Draenor. New raiders will get raid time. We do not intend for new people to come and sit on our bench. We WANT to get to know you, get to know how to play with you, and get you into the fold so to speak. We will find ways to accommodate this goal.

Loot is handled via Loot Council, and has been on progression since Wrath. Gear distribution has never been an issue in this guild as we promote a 'betterment of the team' culture not only in theory but in practice.
