A new brood of mayhem has skittered its way to RIFT in time for the Defiance Season 2 TV debut! A vicious strain of Hellbugs will appear in new rifts and footholds across Telara, along with new zone events in Freemarch, Silverwood, Stonefield, and Gloamwood.

Repel their invasion and take home a new Hellbug mount or a pint-sized Hellbug pet in one of four alien colors. We promise the mini-bug companions won’t bite … much. Yet.

I haven't seen one yet, it will probably start in one hour on EU when Mech week ends, but i'm hoping it will have some of the same type mobs Defiance has, like the flying 'wasp' type ones and even the huge, badass Queen Hellbug
