Incredibly bad latency spikes. (SWTOR)

So I've been playing a new MMO for quite some time and I have been having TERRIBLE latency spikes since one of their newest patches came out (SWTOR is the game I'm talking about here). I'm putting it here because I felt it was more useful in the COMPUTER section instead of the game section itself.

Any help is more than useful. I contacted my ISP and they said there's nothing wrong on their end.

SWTOR isn't that new and EA has probably forgotten about it. They likely aren't taking care of the servers to the best of their potential.

Other than that, who is your ISP? Where are you from?

My ISP is CenturyLink (Crappy, I know) and I live in Minnesota.
