    Is the toybox account wide?

    Would like a source.

    I assume it is, like mounts and pets were instantly made account wide. But I'd like confirmation.

    Selected toys might only apply to a single character, such as Sylvanas' Music Box.

    It is accountwide, and the toys should share.

    The exception will probably be stuff like the engineering trinkets etc where it might share/display accross all your characters but only engineers will be able to use.
