I have seen relativity no change in how horde plays in the US. There is a slight increase in GY farming but even then I have not had a group not capture 3 flags so they could farm more. Its more like less people escort the flag and more sit killing them on respawn. 50% of the people still play like every BG is a death match 25% of the players trying to win are newly boosted toons and the rest are a mix of bots or people just messing around having fun in there own way.
I do agree that it changed my playstyle aswell (full geared enhance), i rather avoid fights for objectivies if i have the buff on unless its 100% win

If it makes the queues go faster then it actually helps me. I only queue up for AB (finishing off that god forsaken rep) so if players want to farm HKs on the roads or at graveyards it makes it that much easier to win the game.
Well pretty much 9/10 40-man BGs now are graveyard farming.
You're suggesting as if people weren't already farming kills. I know that I mostly ignored objectives and farmed kills because there's no incentive to try-harding the objective when you're the only one trying.
BGs seemed fine from my perspective. I was doing a bunch of them the past weekend to finish my Grievous set so I can get my second BG mount in arenas.
People were stupid and ignored objectives before Bloody Coins were implemented. If you don't know that, you never did random BGs seriously. Which is why I'm still hopeful that someday we'll see a battleground with no objectives and no pillars, just plain kill each other.
If anything, Bloody Coins just showcase what's the lingering issue with WoW PvP: it's way too focused on gear. A fresh 90 has absolutely no chance against a full Prideful player even if they're 200% better than the Prideful player. I've noticed how much of a difference it made on killing people when I upgraded from Grievous to Prideful weapons.

With the already extremely slow grind for honor gear in battlegrounds, the Bloody Coin hotfix only made it exponentially slower now that every Prideful player and their dog has an incentive to join them. One positive I guess would be that it reduced the average queue times of each battleground for both factions, but that is definitely off-set by the fact that Call To Arms is nigh impossible to do now that every player in it is almost full Prideful, and the queue times double and a half for the duration of the event
Blizzard had to go and grab the already demented uphill battle of gearing in battlegrounds, and then finally tear its limbs off one by one to where it is now.
I can't believe I'm actually doing Heroics for Honor... what the hell.
More players PvPing? Good.

Fully geared up via BGs twice. AV weekend gives 200-300 honor even for a loss. Just park your char somewhere and alt-tab. Got geared in like 3 days and only won like 4 out of 40 AVs. Still super-easy gearing.
Eh, I did it via BGs because I was really rusty with Affliction so I wanted to get back on the track with the PvP aspect of the spec - you can't do that in heroic dungeons.
But yeah, dungeons is by far the fastest way to gear up.
It's just too easy to farm coins, it did drag me back to random bg's with my 550 lock. Although I can sympathise for the newbies on the alliance side in my battle group, 47-0 was my KB score in one SoA (no gy camping), we did win though, so it's not like it means you’re going to lose just because someone in the group is snipe-killing /massacring like a crazed fps'er. Depends a bit on the bg you’re in I guess, but I still win far more than I lose when farming bloody coins in bg’s.
Skill based MMO PvP, lol.
