Orc axe racial for dual wield.

So I have 1 axe and 1 sword. I was told I only had to expertise cap my main hand. Is this true? So I can put my axe in my MH and only worry about capping that one?

Special attacks with the offhand will not be dodged if your main hand is 7.5% expertise, so all you lose is auto attacks and potential KM procs. You will be fine with a capped main hand.
