    Considering there have been cases where an actual dead person won some elections, I'm not too surprised. Has this guy made these out of the ballpark comments before or did he just suddenly go off the deep end?

    It's not that bad. At the last presidential elections in my country, the guy on second spot claimed the current president won because of the influence of his violet tie and the violet flame, a mystical thing that helps you win stuff.

    So claiming your opponent is dead is not that bad. It can even be counted as a threat "I bet my opponent is dead" "Well I'm not dead!" "Oh yea? Well, let me just take out my gun..."
