New gpu

So im looking to get a gpufor my build and the one im looking at is the gtx 750ti 2g.

Now its suppose to be really good for the 150 price range and from what i have heard its a good gpu for streaming also. What do you guys think about this gpu? im looking to spend right at 150 us for it

R9 270 from AMD would have better bang/buck ratio, it would cost about $165 on newegg.
