Yes basically all guilds are 25. They are taking the lvls themselves out. The cashflow perk is also going bye bye

If they continue with this trend of increasing the size of shoulder pads, I can't wait to see Warrior T19. It'll be two Bulwarks of Azzinoth, bent like baseball caps and stood up vertically, surpassing the height of any shaman set to date.
