Yeah ok, maybe "easily" was a bit of an exaggeration.
It really doesn't take more than a few hours to get through 80-85 though if you are just going for levels. 80-82 Mt Hyjal is around an hour, 82-83 Deepholm 45 min, 83-84 Uldum 45 min to an hour, 84-85 Twilight Highlands 1hr.

Go to Mt Hyjal, pick up the quests and follow the chain until 82, turn in any completed quests and abandon any others.
Hearth. (if you were prepared it will be Dalaran)
Go to Deepholme, pick up the quests and follow the chain to 83 (but skip the Masters Gate area quests IMO), turn in any completed quests and abandon any others.
Hearth. (This is why you wanted Dalaran as your home)
Pick up the Hero's Call: Uldum! or Warchief's Command: Uldum! from the board, then go to Violet Citadel and go up the stairs to the left and take the portal to Tanaris. Then fly to Adarrah and start Uldum.
Pick up quests and follow the chain to 84, then turn in any completed quests and abandon any others.
Hearth.
Go to Twilight Highlands, pick up the quests and follow the chain to 85, then turn in any completed and abandon any others.
Hearth and go to Pandaria.

Get one geared friend to run you Stonecore till 83 and Grim Batol from 83-85. Usually 5 levels in an hour
