Elvui - what addon is reporting fails after combat?

Does anyone know what addon is reporting raid mistakes after combat has ended and what I need to change for it to stop?

Don´t particularly like spamming fails doing flex or lfr=/

Pretty sure Elvui doesn't report "fails". It sounds more like something PhoenixStyle or EnsidiaFails would do.

Had never heard of PhoenixStyle before, but it was in my Interface folder so hopefully now that I have removed it I wont spam the raid anymore=)
