In 1972, the Apollo 17 mission discovered a hypergate to Mars on the surface of the moon. Soon, a war breaks out between Earth and Mars, and Martian soldiers begin to descend from the sky, riding steel giants, intent on exterminating humanity.

Reminds me a bit of a Mobile Suit Gundam and Gundam SEED.

The soundtrack is awesome, first episode was pretty cool, will be watching the second. But just a theory Pretty sure the Princess' own people set her up to start a war. Not to mention the 0 amount of security from either side. Just a brigade from what I saw. Wonder if she actually died, cause, dafaq.

Episode 2 is superb.

The enemy mars guys are abusing shields like its no tommorow. I wont spoil it too much tho.

Well at least they work realistic enogh. There is also some part from famos alien move intergrated into anime.

My brother forced me to watch the first episode. It's just a bunch of cliches with an unoriginal story. The only good thing about the first episode was that Song in German from the Kill la kill OST composer. That guy loves his bad German singing.

I like that the MC is calculated rather than just standard young boy with godly piloting skills. I also like that he has no problem with killing, it is war after all, no time to whine about it.
