<Nightshift> is a later than usual semi-hardcore raiding guild on Alliance Wildhammer EU.

We are primarily looking for more raiders to join for WoD. However, as there is still plenty of time until WoD, we are trying to recruit people now and give them a trial opportunity by raiding with us in SoO.

Raid days and times:
Wednesday (21:00-24:00 Game time)
Thursday (21:00-24:00 Game time )
Sunday (21:00-24:00 Game time)
Monday (21:00-24:00 Game time)

We are currently looking for Tanks and DPS (Primarily looking for a Rogue, SPriest, Hunter and Warrior - but all exceptional applications will be considered).

What do we look for in a potential recruit?:

- We prefer recruiting people with HC experience. If you however do not have HC experience, do not fear. If you write a good and convincing application, stating clearly why you would be an asset to the team, we will often atleast offer you a trial raid in order for you to prove yourself.

- We look for players who are dedicated and reliable. You must be able to make atleast 3 out of the 4 raids per week.

- You must be 18+. We prefer keeping the age limit at 18, however, if you are under 18 but have HC experience and you are mature, you are more than welcome to apply. In cases like these, it is crucial that you write a good application in order to convince us that you are mature enough.
