    Which mobo is better

    They are not the same. One lets you overclock the other not. Whats the cpu you have?

    because its cheaper, friend had a power outage and it was plugged into a surge protector and still fried it. Hes just looking to get it up and running.

    I ain't completely sure but Z75 didn't have intel chipset for fast loading apps.
