Weird, I guess I don't use condiments. Ketchup has like one use, french fries.. Sauces I just make from scratch. I could totally live without the entire aisle, but I suppose I have some expensive mustard and some sriracha in my pantry for the occasional recipe. Soy sauce really isn't a condiment, but if you're going down that path, I have fish sauce and a slew of oils and vinegars I just can't go a week without using. I really don't use processed foods that often. Occasionally I'll steal a roomates mayo or something if I'm super lazy and need it for a recipe and don't feel like making it.

Mint sauce, Mayonnaise, and Coleslaw, I will have them condiments on anything.

Ranch, Sweet Baby Rays, and Sriracha. I love these separate, generally anything I eat that I can use sauce on has 1 or all of these on it, with obviously some exceptions (sushi ect.) I would put Eel Sauce down but I only really eat it on certain things even though it is amazing.
